name, street address, email, or phone number, and is not otherwise publicly available.

BDI collects personal information when you subscribe and sign up for our camps and workshops. BDI is firmly committed to privacy.
The following discloses are information gathering and dissemination practices for this website. The protection of your privacy is very
important to us so we have adopted the following practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. From time to
time, changes to this Privacy Statement will be communicated on this site.

Use of Private Information by Bahamas Dance International
The User of this website consents to the collection and limited use of personal information. BDI does not rent, sell, or share personal
information about you with other people or non affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we
have your permission. When a  User of this website subscribe or fill out any forms on this site the User hereby consents to BDI
collection and use of the User's personal information necessary and sufficient to enable BDI to proceed with the services offered by
BDI, including without limitation, the Applicant’s name, home address, e-mail address, telefax/telephone number, and to the disclosure
and/or distribution of any or all of such personal information to BDI travel representative, on the express understanding and agreement
that BDI shall not sell or otherwise provide or distribute such personal information to anyone other than our travel representative to get
pricing information you request.

Cookies
We do use cookies to identify traffic that comes through advertising and to facilitate a more user friendly experience. Cookies are small
pieces of information that a web site places on your computer's hard drive so we know it's you when you visit. This helps us to create a
personalized experience for you when you visit our site. The use of cookies is a very common practice on the Internet. If you are

What information will you ask me for?
When you subscribe or request pricing information from BDI you will be asked for some general identifying information which will
enable us to provide you with this individualized service. We gather contact information (like your email address), street address
information and phone contact. We may share some of this information with our travel representative to get pricing information you
request. However the information shared will be limited.

How will this information be used and who has access to it?
We may use your contact information to send you valuable updates and timely notices of promotions and to facilitate pricing information.

How long do you keep the information I've provided you?
We keep the information you have given us for as long as you say it’s OK. You have the opportunity to opt-out of communications
information you have provided to us. Please be aware that it may take several hours for any custom changes you make to take effect.

Unsolicited Email (SPAM)
BDI NEVER sends unsolicited email at any time ever, for any purpose. Any abuse or evidence of unsolicited email that appears to have
been initiated from us, directly or indirectly, should be brought to the immediate attention of our compliance officer by e-mailing

Bahamas Dance International Participants Rules & Guidelines

If you will be participating in a BDI camp or workshop please go to our forms page  and download a copy of this and other documents
that are important to your trip.

  •  Show respect for yourself, others, and property.

  •  Arrive to class on time

  •  Speak at an appropriate voice level

  •  No gum or candy while in class

  •  No food in classroom/theatre (Water is allowed only)

  •  No tampering with equipment

  •  Dancing will be practiced in designated areas ONLY.

  •  Walk in groups of two or more.

  •  Wear appropriate attire at all times.  Hats are not to be worn in class.

  •  No unauthorized entering or leaving through the emergency exit.

  •  Please leave valuables in your room safe. BDI will not be responsible for lost or stolen property.

  •  No swearing, obscene gestures, verbal abuse, harassment, or possession of unacceptable material such as tobacco, adult
material or any controlled substance.

  •  No lighting of matches, fireworks, or anything flammable.

  •  Follow directions and be courteous to others at all times.  This means walking, not running in the hotel, disposing of trash in    
appropriate containers, and no hitting of facility signs or fixtures.

  •  Dancers are not to wear jewelry during class.

  •  Consult with a BDI staff or Instructor before seeking medical attention.

  •  Participants are to bring with them signed Release of Liability, Medical History & Emergency Information forms, they will not be
allowed to take class until BDI has forms on file.

  •  Hazing is prohibited.

Hotel rules
•        No running or unnecessary noise in the halls.
•        All windows are to remain closed in the rooms of your hotel.
•        No leaning out of windows. No throwing things out of windows.
•        Keep curtains closed when dressing and at night.
•        Always lock your door.
•        Any damage to the room will be charged to you.  
•        Always keep your hotel keys with you.

Private Camp
In addition to all that applies above….
  • Participants must have an adult instructor/coach in attendance at all times during the camp.

  • The school/studio is responsible for having copies of dancers medical forms during camp.

  •  School/studio should have an accident or injury plan.

  • BDI is not responsible for participants during their free time.
